baked speghetti
pie/casserole:
1 white onion chopped
1 lb. ground beef
1 clove garlic minced
1 Tbs of lawry's seaoning salt
1 tsp of garlic salt
dash of pepper
Fresh grated parmesean cheese
3 crumbled strips of cooked
bacon
1 can of Tomatoe soup(not
tomatoe sauce)
In a large skillet brown
ground beef with onion and garlic. add spices. add cooked bacon. add can
of tomatoe soup. turn on oven to 350*. cook your speghetti noodles. drain
noodles. add to the sauce mixture. add 1/2 c of the cheese. mix until
noodles are coated. place noodles and mixture into a 9x13 casserole dish.
sprinkle with 1/2 more cheeses and a dash of pepper. bake for 20-30
minutes or until crispy on the top!
Warning-I ate so much of this.
it is addicting! Enjoy! Serve with salad and garlic bread. :)

Baked Broccoli and Cheese 1 16 oz pck frozen cut broccoli, partially cooked and drained 3/4 lb 12 oz Velveeta cheese, cut up 3/4 c crushed buttery crackers 2 tbl butter or margarine Heat oven to 375. Mix together broccoli and cheese. Spoon in to a greased 1 1/2 casserole dish. Sprinkle with crushed crackers. Dot with butter. Bake 25-30 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Serves 6

Mushroom Meatballs Blend 2 cans cream of mushrooms soup with 1 cup water. Measure out 1/4 c soup mixture and save. Combine with 1 1/4 lb ground beef 1/2 cup dried bread crumbs 2 tbl minced onion 1 tbl parsley 1 egg, slightly beaten 1/4 ts salt Shape into meatballs about 1 1/2 " in diameter. Bake in 350 degree oven in covered dish for about 30-40 minutes. Drain off fat, then add mushroom soup and cook in oven for another 15 minutes Sauce is good served over noodles or rice Serves 4 persons.

| Hot Chicken
Salad 2 cups precooked chicken, cut in chunks 1/2 cups almonds 2 cups celery, sliced 1/2 cup chestnuts 1/2 ts salt 1 cup Mayo 2 ts onion, grated 1/2 cup cheese, grated 2 tbls lemon juice 1 cup potato chips crushed Combine all ingredients except cheese and potato chips. Toss lightly and turn into casserole. Sprinkle with cheese and top with chips. Bake at 450 degrees about 10 minutes or until hot. Serves 6. Note Turkey is also an excellent choice in this recipe.

Cheesy Turkey Noodles 16 oz of Valveeta processed cheese 1-2 c of cooked turkey 1 c milk 1 pck of either egg frozen or fresh broccoli.. 2-3 c or macaroni noodles Cook the noodles as directed on the package. Stir over medium heat constantly, the Valveeta.. cut up and with the milk. Stir until thickened. While this is cooking, steam your broccoli. When the cheese sauce is thick and saucy, add the broccoli. Drain the noodles and add . Season to taste!

Margie's Broccoli Casserole2 pck. frozen broccoli 1 pck. cubed stuffing mix 1/2 cup butter 3/4 cup chopped walnuts 4 chicken boullion cubes 1/2 cup melted butter mixed with 2/3 cup warm water 4 tbl flour 2 cups milk Melt butter in heavy saucepan, add flour; stir until smooth. Add milk, a small amount oat a time add boullion cubes and cook until creamy. Place broccoli in 9x13 inch baking dish; pour sauce over it. top with stuffing mix; sprinkle with chopped nuts. Cover and freeze. Thaw and pour over all, the 2/3 cups warm water mixed with 1/2 cup melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. |

Lasagna 1 lb lean ground beef (2 1/2 c browned) 1 8 ounce las. noodles 1 ts minced garlic (1 clove) 2 12 oz cartons cottage cheese basil and parsley flakes 2 eggs, beaten 1 1/2 ts salt 1/2 c grated Parmesan cheese 1 16 ounce peeled tomatoes 12 oz sliced mozzarella cheese 1 12 oz can tomato paste In a large saucepan, mix browned ground beef, garlic, spices and tomatoes and pate. Bring to a boil Reduce heat. Simmer uncovered for 30 minutes, stirring frequently. Cook noodles according to page directions until al dente. Drain . Combine cottage cheese, eggs, pepper, parsley and parmesan cheese. Grease a baking dish and layer noodles, half of the cottage cheese mixture and sauce. Repeat. Freeze. To prepare for serving, thaw. Bake uncovered in a preheated 375 degree oven for 30-40 minutes. |
